Does your organization value your success as a telecommuter?

As the telecommuter, are you set up for success?  Think about the following:

  • Is the same training offered for those onsite and off?
  • Equal opportunities for advancement for remote workers.
  • Intentional corporate culture to support everyone.
  • Are there protocols and standards for electronic communication?
  • Finally, is there a telecommuting policy in place?

Setting up for success as the telecommuter relies on a foundation of trust and mutual understanding between the telecommuter and the company.
